As a business if you are not honest with your clients, then you are doing more harm to yourself. You have mentioned that the app is free on shopify, but once you install it, you come to know that its not free at all and its a paid app. Just like others, mention about all the plans that you have in the app store. Waste of time!

We’ve tried to keep core features like the WhatsApp Chat Button and One Click WhatsApp Messages completely free. Recently, we introduced premium features for the WhatsApp Automation API. These features also involve charges from Meta, which is why they are paid.
