The WhatsHelp app has definitely made it easier for my customers to connect with me to fast track sales. This has helped me to provide better and faster customer service and a more personalised one as well. I recommend this app to all entrepreneurs.
Seems like a great functionality to have in your store.
Can't understand how this app has got such good rating. It's been 3 days since I have installed this app and in these 72 hours, it has been offline for over 36 hours, ie half the time. I tried contacting their team twice, but they didn't repsond once. I really do like the app, however if it's going to be offline half the time, then what is the use. If you guys can fix this issue, then I'd love to install this app again.
And the app is also not working on tablets. 2 major issues.
We've tested this integration and believe WhatsHelp will be a real game changer for our market (in Brazil). We desperately wanted a non-live chat option so we can respond to customers in a more convenient and personal way - without them feeling like they are prisoners to their screen until the chat session finishes (and not add a ton of stress to our operators as well).
The Messenger and WhatsApp integrations are very smooth and the minimalist icon on our page is exactly what we wanted to keep a clean but functional chat on our site! Thanks so much WhatsHelp we love what you are doing!!
the most friendly app. easy to use and no hiccup so far whereas another app ive found some issue and emailed develop but still having issue that's why made me installed this new app and found the awesome result. keep it up!

Give to your customers a great communications channel for support and questions.
I recommend use it with WhatsApp Business available in play store and app store.
Add trust to your store and that mean more sales.

I love this app. It is so easy to implement. I am not an IT expert but I did it :). I highly recommend this app for everybody who wants to stay connected with their customer. My customer appreciate it so much because it is convienent for them to ask us anything.
