Wholesale Lock Manager: B2B

Absolutely top notch support and functionality with this app, highly recommend! These are your guys to help you convert a standard Shopify store in to a wholesale store. We have a complex store front that needs certain products visible to the public, others visible to accounts with certain tags, and an app that was compatible with another search filter app. The team at Wholesale Helper went above and beyond to help up with this, and set up a great inventory quantity selector too. Really can't thank Raissa, Mehak and team enough, we are really happy.

UPDATE: The support imediately contacted me and after a couple of individual code adjustments they made it work for me (this took a few weeks but they kindly didn't charge me for it). The predictive search is now quite slow and the number of results is still shown even though the products themselves are successfully hidden. Unfortunately doesn't support quick search. My locked products got successfully hidden everywhere but still showed up on the quick search.
Nice interface and lots of functions but the incompatibility with my theme's quick search sidebar makes it useless for me.

We didn't use the Wholesale Lock Manager app for a wholesale page, but it was just what we needed for a page on our website that we wanted to be password protected!

The app was easy to add and set up, and it works amazing. There were some design aspects which we wanted to change and sent in a request to the developer for help. The support team was really quick in responding to our emails and even quicker with making the requested edits!

They were professional and friendly throughout the whole process. We enjoyed the experience and strongly recommend you try the app for yourself if it has the features that you're looking for!

Launching our company's website quickly was imperative and as a budget-sensitive SMB, we moved forward with the Shopify platform as it checked those boxes. Unfortunately, we were a little naive to the magnitude of customization that would be necessary to build on the proper feature-set for our B2B customer base. After tying countles apps together with painful results, development was at a standstill... No idea how we missed the Wholesale Helper apps out of the gate, but WOW....so glad we found them. Between the out-of-box features and the Wholesale team's willingness to custom tailor to our needs, we've found a comprehensive solution. While their family of apps gave us everything we were looking for, Seth, Tejas, Mohit and Jawad have provided us with an abosolutely unique level of service along the way that is truly something special. Can't thank you all enough!!

This app has been vital in managing our store. This, along with the Wholesale Pricing Discount and Wholesale Order & ReOrder apps have made our store a cohesive & user-friendly experience for both our customers & our team. Having as many locks as our little hearts desire has made showing/hiding products to certain customers simple & painless. My only current complaint is that you can't lock variants, you have to lock a whole product. This means if we have a variant we want to show/hide from certain customers, we have to either duplicate the product entirely and show or hide each version to certain customers, or we have to have that variant just be a separate product entirely and show it to certain customers. Not the end of the world, but it would be a nice feature for sure. Overall, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty much a breeze. Support has been quick to respond and super helpful!

Dont ever add this app to your site! it modified all my theme, hid my add to cart and checkout buttons and cost me a fortune to fix!! Even after i removed the app it left all the theme changes and didnt remove them!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! The reason you can see my cart button now is because my web developer was super responsive and managed to get them back up after sending me one one snippet of your code, which i included above that was causing multiple issues on my site. Developer told me i need a full manual cleanup of my backend CSS on every page as your code is now all over my theme! YOUR APP DID NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE CODE IT PASTED INTO MY BACK END AFTER I DELETED IT! If my developer hasn't been responsive i could have been without on online store for hours!

Another cool app from this company. Honestly, the interface is simple and straightforward and the app very easy to customise. I am using their full range of app for B2B and use this one to give access to my PRO section. Other app doing the same (and very good I am sure) but I am just trusting these guys now for my B2B business and price is OK. I like you can customise everything from one page (easier than other apps) and love(!) the step by step process to make sure your logic is the good one (once again, easier than other similar apps). For example, I also use it to block the access to my PRE-ORDER collection dedicated to my pro clients. You just indicated which clients are concerned (tagged clients in my case with the word PRO) then if they have or not access to this collection, and finally what happen if they are not authorised (in my case I redirect them to the signup form for pro clients). You can also block products or a blog pages etc. As usual, Adil and his team are super fast to answer, polite and cool... but for this app you do not really need any help as it is ready out of the box :) Do not forget to click on the enable button before digging into the settings...I mean... it would have save me 30min of time and an email to Adil (shame on me ahahah). The only improvement I can see will be to be able to block different type of contents in one workflow (ex: collection + pages +products). Today if you need to block these 3 types of contents for the same clients, you need to create 3 different workflows. But no big drama honestly as you setup the app in 10min.

We coudn't really use it because it was incompatible with other apps in our ecosystem. After we removed the app some files were still left on our store that caused issues later on.

I needed a certain page to have a password login and the app works perfectly. Seth has great customer service and replied super fast when inquiring about the app, which was great because I was under the pump!

I used this app to make a private store for a certain group of customers. The best part about this app, is the customer service. I reached out to them to help me integrate it with our theme and they responded within hours and were able to accomplish this and more. Working with this team deserves way more than 5 stars. I would recommend this app to any and everyone!
