Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing

So far this has worked more seamlessly than i thought. I researched a few apps for a specific functionality of fixed price discounting across a range of different products and price. The app allowed this as well as meeting logical wholesale customer requirements. The customer service is very responsive, the integration is quite easy and the implementation on my website has 0 bugs, the pricing updates every price field across all templates and sections seamlessly without breaking any fonts or page layouts. So far can't fault this app.

I started using the free version without much expectation, but it turned out to work perfectly for the features I needed. When an issue came up, I spent several days trying to resolve it on my own. After reading the great reviews, I decided to reach out for support. Haley responded incredibly quickly, in less than a day, and provided exceptional help. Communication was smooth, they were kind, and most importantly, they understood exactly what I needed and resolved the issue perfectly. To show my support for this company in any way I can, I’m leaving this review. This app is highly recommended!

The app itself looked great but the quick order form didn't work on our store due to not being compatible with other apps installed - which is going to be a really common occurrence. You hope their dev team could help figure this out.

The Sami team just said they couldn't help us so we had to delete the app.

If the app works with your tech stack then I'm sure it could be great but cannot fully assess.

First of all the fact this app is free /beta blows my mind. It performs SO much better than paid apps I’ve used in the past , and the support is far superior. It has everything I need and more, and it’s so simple. I had another app that was clashing with it and their support had it fixed for me in no time.
Can’t gush enough about how good this app and support is.

Wonderful support and works as intended. I tried a few wholesale apps; this one is the most polished and easiest to use. I ran into a couple of issues but were custom fixed within 24 hours or less. Haley in particular has been great support. Highly recommended.

Amazing application would definitely recommend to everyone. Far superior to other paid apps and with probably must better and faster support.

Sami B2B is a great plugin to use, smooth adoption, work as expected, it is all just simple settings inside the Shopify site. I can't believe currently they are free to use!

So far, so good. We came across this app while looking for a wholesale pricing solution and decided to give it a try (not realizing it was a free beta).

Pros: The interface is user-friendly, and it integrates both the registration and quick order forms seamlessly. Pricing logic was easy to set up, and shipping (currently in beta) was activated within minutes of my request. The quick order form worked immediately with the pricing logic, and while product page pricing display required some coding, the team resolved it in 24–48 hours. The drag-and-drop editor for forms and customization tools are excellent—you can set everything up in about 30 minutes.

Can be improve: Some settings, like tax and discount methods, can be a bit confusing. A step-by-step setup option with examples and customization prompts would make the onboarding process smoother.

That said, the default settings should work for most users, and if you're adding a tool like this to your site, you're likely prepared to invest some time learning it. Great job, team—just don’t overprice it! :)
