Even though there is a problem on the app side, the developer side does not respond at all.
No matter how many times I contact them, they don't want to respond with just a template reply.

There is no support at all, don't install this app no one is going to answer you if you need even to ask a simple question
Just ok, they fixed the issue as requested. That would be better if they have a chat for communication.
