One of, if not the best support experiences I have ever had.

I found Woo Importer while searching for a solution to find the best way to transfer ~1500 products from two different WooCommerce stores. I could not believe how hassle-free and simple the task was with this app. There was one small hiccup along the way, and Daniel stepped right in to go above and beyond to help me.

Bottom line: Outstanding app, outstanding service. Could not be happier.

Over priced, cannot filter by only importing new products, does not import all info and leaves out random data. Basically have to recheck every product manually, not worth the money!

I was totally happy with this app, until I realized almost 4 weeks after importing my customers and orders, that it somehow changed 400 paying customers into non-subscribers within Mailchimp. Literally 5 hours after troubleshooting with Mailchimp support, who were patient but not the most helpful, I've gotten them back. BEWARE, back-up, and then double check your email contacts before and after import. I can't stress this enough.

The support team for this app is very quick and helpful. I may have just been unlucky, but be careful.

I had a lot of specific needs with this app - I'd redone my store and product listings after a basic import, but wanted all my historical order data, and had unique mappings I needed between products. They worked with me to give me EXACTLY what I needed with order import, until everything looked perfect. When something was a bit off, they were responsive to correct it. Appreciate the great support! So happy I chose this app to shift everything over and preserve all my data. Thank you!!

Best way to import data from WooCommerce to Shopify! – We recently migrated to Shopify and came across this app to complete the data migration of our customers and orders. Daniel was AMAZING to work with and his communication could not have been any better. Very fast, extremely helpful in setting up exactly what we wanted to import, mapping fields, etc. Such a great experience and anything looking to migrate data from WooCommerce to Shopify with ease, look no further. Not only did the app work seamlessly for woocommerce to shopify, but when I contacted Daniel with questions and requests he answered back right away and got everything done that we needed! I highly recommend this app and its support team to whoever needs it.
