One of the best apps in terms of customer support and quality. Been using it for over a year and it has been stable, with 0 errors. Also, the customer service is top notch. The developer always replies to our custom requests and completes them quickly. Overall, wrapin is a high quality app with an amazing team behind it.

This app does exactly what I have been looking for!! I needed a little assistance, but the response rate was good and took a fraction of the time with the chat button, than it would of if I rambled on alone. It is quite intuitive though. Highly Recommend for small business' but don't be afraid to reach out to them with questions.

I use this app for a gift wrap option. It works very well. We have an ERP system in the background and the teams supported us within hours by setting up the right message for my fullfilment partner, so that he is able to see the gift option as well as the gift message. They are really professional and i totally recommend this app.

Installed so many apps trying to find a solution to this seemingly small problem. This app was the only straightforward and economical solution! Excellent service and app. I had a few minor issues implementing the app into my theme, and the service team quickly responded and provided support. The fix took a bit of time to fix, and they contacted me via email with a link to a video to show that the fix was working. Well worth the investment. I would recommend this app without hesitation.

The app has been able to do what I wanted which is give the customer the option of a free gift note or pay for giftwrapping. There was a few things I couldn't figure out but Mady was very helpful. I think it would be great to have more details in the help documents, but I did get help from Mady as soon as I needed it. So yes I would recommend this app.
