Our support session was very helpful, and our guide walked us through step by step what we needed to do.

Excellent! Ria was quick and efficient and patient with me.

This app was super easy to connect (10min total, with thinking time included!) - and we're waiting to see whether it has the complete functionality we need, which must include coding to Xero by payment channel.

I raised with Amaka that it was not clear whether this was a free or paid integration (between Shopify and Xero) as there was some mixed messaging before and after the integration.

They got back to me straight away and confirmed it was free, and Jam was great in offering to meet with me to get the integration right, which is also a standard automated offer, when you do add this app to your store. I really appreciated the prompt and professional customer service.

I am excited to see whether this app can fulfil our needs but it's a big tick so far.

Managed to connect to Xero quite quickly through the setup process, which wasn't too complicated. The transactions in Xero line up with my sales in Shopify.
