Merchants describe this as a long‑term, reliable workhorse for advanced data exports and reporting beyond Shopify’s native tools. They use it to automate complex, custom reports for warehouses, ERPs, accounting, and vendors, often calling it a game changer. While there’s some learning curve, merchants say templates and Liquid scripting enable powerful flexibility, and they consistently praise fast, expert support that helps build and refine custom reports.
