Creating a custom label template and getting it to work with the printer we already have was suprisingly easy. Liam was incredibly helpful in getting us set up for no charge. So far, so good!

I am not technically savvy and despite my cryptic questions because I wasn't sure what I was doing when I decided to change the settings I normally use, Liam was patient and continued to try to understand my problem. All worked out in the end and I managed to figure things out. It's nice to know if you have a problem, there is immediate help with this app.
They helped me to create a label template so we could have all the correct information on the label.
I needed some tweaks to my label and Liam was very helpful and answered all my questions. The customer service is outstanding and the app is phenomenal with lots of features.
Tracy was very quick to assist with setting up a custom label size as well as a couple of other questions I had. This made it easy to configure and i'm delighted with the results ... very professional looking labels that we'll use instore.
