I had a question the other night and I reached out on chat and immediately received a response then the person went on to create a custom template for me and answered more that an hours worth of questions! I was beyond impressed with the level of service! BTW, the previous company that I had contacted that evening told me I would "receive a response to my request within 8 days via email"
I needed help on customizing a label and my experience was excellent!

Great customer service! I really appreciated the team's help and patience with getting me set up with my labels and the info I need on them.
Loved it. Tried other bar code and SKU label generators, but this one is top class along with the exceptional support. Queries resolved in only couple of minutes by Tracy. Loved it.
It works fairly well; however, the brother labels don't seem to match in the app what the dimensions are. every barcode comes out looking nothing like the preview and won't scan even when stretching to cover the entire label. It should be basically plug and play with all of the added presets, but unfortunately does not work as intended.
