Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sell

Super fast customer service when I encountered some minor issues getting things setup after we overhauled our website. They had us back up an running immediately. We've been using Zoorix now for over a year (maybe 2?) and definitely notice a bump in sales for our add-on products. Convenient to be able to promote and bundle products with other products. Good value app - recommend!

I can't say enough about this app and the CEO, 10/10. First, our previous in cart upsell was only converting around 18-20%, now we are on average hitting 25-30%. The biggest reason I like this app was how clean, responsive and fast it is on Mobile. You will not regret installing this app. @Zoorix, please continue to keep up the great support, app speed and having high add to cart % :)

Amazing! Their customer service team is responsive, and has provided numerous customization requests within minutes. Out of any app that Ive used on Shopify, this has the best customer support and service, not to mention, it has some amazing features and options as well. Out of all of the upsell/cross sell apps I've tried, this is the only one I've stuck with. Could not recommend more!

I'm tuly amazed by the level of customer service this app provides and I have never seen a developer who's been so on top of every aspect of QA when they make changes to your theme. I tried multiple apps to help me offer bundles on my site. The issue I had was that my products had size and colour variants, so it was proving to be difficult to present bundling in a good way. This app was the best I tried. And I tried many many bundling apps, probably installed and uninstalled like 10! Ohad's customer service was top class as well, couldn't fault the speed and positivity with which he responded to my queries.

First, the product is amazing. It easily helps with increasing the order cart value, which is something we all need. The app is simple and the instructions make integration easy. And a huge shoutout to Ohad and his team. They have gone above and beyond. They answered all our questions, helped with a few minor tweaks, and really wanted to ensure that the product suited our needs. I have never seen a company care so much. Thank you so much!

This is by far the best customer support I've ever experienced with an app. The app is new and still building in features but it is almost definitely going to stand apart from comparable apps. Ohad is awesome to work with and I can't wait to see the final product. Even before adding on more features this app is still already better than most of the other similar apps! Keep it up guys! I've tried many different apps to upsell and recommend products, many of them paid, and I must say that this one not only works perfectly, it amazes me how it is free.

To top that, only their customer service, which is probably the best I've dealt with in years. Not only did they help me adjust some things I needed, but they also gracefully heard some ideas and notes I gave them on possible updates to their already great app.

I replaced another app which was helping me to upsell cross sell in cart. This app is miles cheaper and far more functionality the the other one. Nice mini cart on the right hand side of the web page, nice how it places the cross sells on a product page, very advanced settings so overall very happy with this app. extra note: a translation app caused problems to Zoorix and Judge.me, both invisible after uninstalling the app. Zoorix fixed it all for me.

First time installing an app like this myself on my website. Ohad made it very easy for me and fixed a number of customisation issues to make the app look smart on my website. We had a zoom call and then he followed up with me to check I was happy with the changes he had made. The app hasn't even been installed for 24 hours yet and I have already had a conversion so it is looking promising. Very happy so far with the support and initial indications are good that the app will improve my AOV. Thank you.
