Merchants say this app is a game changer for reducing shipping issues and costs by catching typos, missing unit numbers, PO Boxes, and invalid formats before fulfillment. They report near‑zero address corrections and fewer support tickets, with no impact on conversion. Merchants like the flexible rules, branding options, and easy setup, and repeatedly praise the fast, proactive support and rapid implementation of requested features.

Amazing customer care & support. The team here really goes above and beyond to take care of their customers and assure a successful and happy path. Highly recommend.
Easy set up and easy to use! We use to format customer addresses and prevent extra long addresses being rejected by couriers. Very helpful customer service team too!

It's great to know that Address Validator has been helpful in formatting customer addresses and preventing the rejection of extra long addresses by couriers. Our customer service team is delighted to have provided helpful support along the way. Again, thank you for the review!
Really great customer service and app. I identified a small bug to them and they fixed it within 14 hours. The app is a no brainer to use, install it and forget it.
Thank you so much for the kind words. Please reach out if you need anything else or have suggestions for new features. We are always trying to improve the product!
This app has helped us immensely with the amount of incorrect addresses we receive on our orders - so our fulfillment process is much more efficient! Thank you so much.
Works great! We were having issues with customers entering PO boxes for their address. Address Validator has done a great job not letting people enter invalid addresses.
Love! Very helpful in preventing charge backs on incorrect shipping address.
We are a small family owned business so every cent we can save is extremely important to us.
Easy to use and has helped us immensely with incorrect shipping addresses. I'd highly recommend adding this plugin to help customers out with verifying correct shipping addresses.
Great app, lots of configuration options and easy to follow! Support is super responsive. And, many fewer support tickets now that customers validate their own address, love it!!!!
Great and friendly support. Wilson took the time to help me out on Skype and check the issues I had. Also listened to my feedback and feature requests. Must have app for Shopify users!
Works like a charm!
The zipcode validation was missing for Romania, and because this is necessary for the Cash on Delivery countries, we needed this.
Has been added quickly and works.
