The other really good thing about the app is the analytics, giving us a powerful insight of the customers, products and the business in general.
I haven't tried the new email/sms features, so I can't comment on that.

I cannot recommend this app enough, our businesses (we use it for both) have scaled significantly since we started using it. The platform keeps adding new features as well, we now run our email and SMS campaigns and it makes it so much easier having one interface for our Facebook, PMax and email campaigns.
