I've never seen such bad support. This is the worst support ever.
he CAPI and Facebook Pixel Meta API have been game-changers for our marketing stack. Since implementing them, we’ve seen dramatically improved tracking accuracy, even with browser restrictions and ad blockers. The server-side events are incredibly reliable, and the integration options make it easy to tailor everything to our specific setup.
What I love most is the added visibility into the customer journey—attribution is clearer, optimization is smarter, and our ROAS has noticeably improved. Meta has done a fantastic job providing thorough documentation and robust tools that work seamlessly together.
If you’re serious about scaling your campaigns and want dependable, privacy-centric tracking, the CAPI + Pixel combo is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
Simple and easy to use app. My setup journey was pretty smooth and simple
I recently noticed a subscription associated with my account, but I did not intentionally use or subscribe to this service. I do not need this app and would like to request the cancellation of the subscription.
Please cancel it and ensure I’m not charged moving forward.

C'est de voleurs!!! N'installez surtout pas cette application. Ils vous activent automatiquement des services que vous n'avez pas demandés. J'ai essayé de les contacter, mais ils répondent toujours la même chose sans jamais rembourser.
They're thieves!!! Do not install this app. They automatically activate services you didn't request. I tried contacting them, but they always give the same answer and never refund.

Comme recommandé par l’assistance Shopify, nous vous demandons gentiment de bien vouloir mettre à jour ou supprimer votre avis. Puisque le service a été fourni et que le remboursement complet a été effectué, le maintenir en ligne ne reflète pas la réalité et peut être perçu comme injuste.
Nous espérons voir une mise à jour prochainement afin de clore cette affaire des deux côtés. Merci pour votre compréhension et votre coopération.
