I've been holding out on writing a review to give this app its chance to screw up...it's been several months, and a handful of orders with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I'm very happy with the product provided and more importantly the customer support when I needed it. Very happy so far.

Wow! This app was super easy to install and configure. The team at Shine Dezign was extremely responsive to our questions and helped us to get up in going in no time. And it's feature rich! Fantastic app. I was looking for a way for my customers to pre-order, and this app is it. Support is amazing, and super quick at helping out. I had an issue where it wasn't letting my customers order more than 1 item, and I think support had it fixed in like the first 15 minutes of having the issue. Highly recommend this app. It's worth every penny!
I installed this app and paid for the premium version with support. The only support option is to email within the app, and all I get is "email cannot be sent"
Super frustrating.
