My personal experience with this app has not been good. The platform is confusing. The Youtube help videos have numerous errors. The help desk is slow to reply. I would rather pay more and get more.

I love this app - and I appreciate the support that I get from it...I have detailed questions, and they give me detailed answers.... super helpful as a small business owner! I don't have time to do a lot of research on my questions! I Just need the answer! :)

Excellent, quick customer service. This team really works hard to customize the program to work for your store. The software is robust and allows for many different types of programs. It is a great price and does exactly what I need. Give it a try and promote your own affiliate program - you're missing out on a ton of revenue while you wait!
Finding the right affiliate program was tough. There are so many programs around. If you go for an affiliate program, you want to have result based marketing. For this reason I can’t understand, that some of the apps let you pay for the visitors of your shop, even if they did not use an affiliate link. When I am looking for an app, I am not only reading the reviews on Shopify, but I visit the shops of the reviewers to see the app in action. If you do this, you will notice, that many of the shops no longer exist, even if the review is quite new. Shopify doesn’t remove reviews from terminated shops. There is a huge danger, that trial shops are created just to fake a good review. I could not find a single working app at one of the affiliate app providers. Finally I have chosen Affiliatly, although they are quite new in the business. I am totally exited now. The design is very clean, the service is fast and friendly and they even added new features I asked for. The price is very fair. For me they are just the best. The app is good and ok to config. The great thing is they add you to their listing wich can result in more affiliates. And links.
Great application for managing affiliates and tracking sales. Great customer service and awesome support. I wouldn't recommend any other affiliate application!
Amazing Support, We required being able to create commissions based on Customer Tags. Although it is not built into the system the support team was able to code it into our affiliate system and works perfect!
One of the best companies I have worked with. They have a extremely customizable affiliate app and they will go the extra mile in tweaking it for you if needed. I have been with them on our 5 stores for over 2 years, and having tried 3 other loyalty/affiliate platforms, I can honestly say this is the best of the bunch!

Customer service never got back to me OR shopify support who contacted them for me. This app lacks a lot but I was willing to put up with it until the customer service let me down. I will now be moving to another platform for my affiliate program in the near future.

Update: Have you received our email from our other email address (we have sent it on Saturday evening) ? Do you have some other address on which we can contact you ?
We are using it on https://greenwhey.fr and are quite happy with it. Affiliation made easy! Maybe more design options would be welcome, but still perfect.
