There are just way too many great things to say about the support this team has provided my small team during our first three months on our shopify trial. They have guided us from the beginning with tips and strategies to get off the ground, along with patience as we started getting our first customers.

Whether it was Barney, Maya, Tanie, Mandy, Stark, or Gwen, they've responded to every question I had regardless of the time of day, and the requests with nothing but care and attention to detail to help us reach our goals. Not to mention, the app is simply incredible in all ways. It has provided us with an ability to start growing our team nationally without having to hire developers or sales staff. And, we're just getting started. Can't wait to see where this business relationship takes us in the future. So far the app has been great. I havent had it a full 24hrs yet and already have 2 affiliates. Also last but definitely not least in my book. They actually have customer support. Which is huge these days as it seems more often Im running into support emails that dont exist, and customer support members that needed the help more than I did. I got a response from the team within minutes. You cant beat that.

The app is easy to use, has a lot of features, and I was impressed by Mina's customer support. She was able to login and fix a bunch of issues on my end. Good app to start an ambassador program and has everything you need on the free end, although it is a little more work to setup without paying for all the features.

I've had an excellent experience with UpPromote so far. The platform is easy to use, offers a wide range of powerful affiliate marketing features, and has made setting up my affiliate program much simpler than I expected. Out of all the upgrades that I have made to my store, setting up an affiliate program with upPromote has been the least headachy experience so far!

Great app for starting your first ambassador program. Has all the basic functionalities you'd need to get your program off the ground and running. The biggest plus is the excellent customer service. Maya, in particular, is speedy, efficient, and willing to help with any question.

It lacks some of the more advanced features you see in competitors', but you can't beat the price, especially if your only motive is to get an ambassador program out there and not waste any time. We were with a competitor previously, and their customer service would take days to respond, with very little action. We really appreciate how quick everyone is to help here!

best affiliate app, super easy to use and set up, bet pricing model too. dont go with other apps that charge huge success fees or lock you in contracts. their support is nice (Mina is the best) and fast to respond too, i use this on like 5 of my shops

Tanie was incredibly helpful! I'm still pretty new to the app, and she guided me through it and showed me where to find the preview for our Affiliate Guide page.

Quick to respond and made everything easy for a newbie like me.
