UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

We have been using UpPromote for several months and it has been slowly taking off. It was pretty simple and easy to set up and the customer service has been really helpful and responsive. It definitely feels like a slow rollout but I look forward to its continued success. Thanks to Mina and the rest of the team!

UpPromote is hands down one of the most flexible and well-thought-out affiliate systems on Shopify. The depth of control around links, lifetime commissions, tiered programs, creator tracking, and storefront messaging is exactly what serious brands need.

What really stands out is the support. Mina was exceptional and helped me quickly resolve a custom subdomain setup that could have been a headache. Clear, fast, and actually understood what I was trying to build.

If you’re running a creator-led or affiliate-driven brand and want something scalable without duct-taping multiple apps together, this is the one.

I am so impressed with the flexibility of the app customization and how responsive the support team is. They are also very friendly and get things done when they say it will be done. Every one I have worked with has done a great job. Mandy was super helpful today. I spent over an hour working on how to make a few simple changes to text on our sign up page. I finally contacted support (Mandy) and she came back to me with simple instructions that made the correction quick and easy. Should have contacted her first, it would have saved me a bunch of time and frustration.

Tanie provided outstanding support and made the entire UpPromote affiliate setup process smooth and easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very clear with her instructions — especially when helping me locate brand settings and update my logo correctly.
What I appreciated most was how responsive and genuinely helpful she was. She didn’t rush me and made sure everything was working the way it should. This level of customer service really makes a difference.

What a scam this is! We never used the app, and even uninstalled it, and are STILL being charged a hefty monthly fee every month with no way of cancellation. We are now in contact with Shopify Support to try to find a solution and a refund. What a hassle!

Tanie did an excellent job. She responded promptly and addressed my request clearly and efficiently. She understood the issue immediately and resolved it in no time.

I think this program is the best out of all the affiliate programs I've used however WARNING do not open your system to the affiliates Market I got a lot of sign ups and a lot of scam orders. they figured out a way to steal your own customers and make money without putting in effort . I thought I would be getting new sales since these are new affiliates but I paying affiliates to give me my one loyal customers. promote your program link to your own audience

Tanie was a superstar today and on black friday of all days!! I used the Stackable Discount App within Shopify (DO NOT USE), but that broke all my affiliate codes. We came to the conclusion to just use the built-in Automatic discount code for the global site sale. I read that one didn't work, hence why I went with the Stackable app.

Anyway, well done, Tanie!! Good thing to note for future clothing brand owners to know is that the Stackable Discount App within Shopify breaks everything lol
