Zopi has been a game-changer for my dropshipping business. The user interface is super intuitive, making it easy to find and import products. Plus, their customer support is top-notch! When I have questions about order fulfillment, or anything, the live chat team responded quickly and walked me through the solution in no time. Highly recommend!
Easy to follow for beginners. Great customer support, easy to read help articles, and short/concise/straight to the point tutorial vids to assist anyone new to the dropshipping world.
They are great support, whenever i run into problem or need help i know when i click the support button a real human will help me until my problem fixed and it just super nice. There is some parts that are not working for me like the extension but the super good support team makes up for it and have worked to help me a lot so i will give 5 stars because i feel they genuinely care a lot about their customers! recommend! especially Lily in support thank you for helping me so many times!

Scarlet was able to help me with a complex problem. It was nice talking to a human as she was able to guide me through the process of correcting an order and making sure that it was shipped out. It was nice to be able to contact somebody who had so much knowledge of the process. I am sure I will call again sometime.
I asked support to help me fulfill a shipment the lady who helped me was amazing, very patient, nice and walked me through everything step by step. I will be using Zopi for a very long time!
