Great if you are non technical and need a permanent solution that will always be ahead of the curve.
Do not buy, it destroys tracking in Shopify and GA4. Their customer service is as unhelpful as can be. I wish i never went near them ! Instead of fixing issues they made it 100 times worse !

We then shared recommendations to resolve this, though these steps weren’t implemented.

Excellent technical support, and tool is easy to use and integrate. I've had help from the team for some tricky integrations and they were responsive, quick to action, and fully resolved the issues. Very happy.
Awful experience. You pay $$$ and have to troubleshoot everything with little help, you just get redirected to a bunch of help articles. You have to pay even more $$ to actually have someone come and fix the issues.
