Even when there was significant demand on the Appstle support engineers they were able to connect with me the same day I had a question. They had a solution for me in under 10 minutes! Separately, I needed additional support for a good sized migration of accounts. The team worked hard to help me meet my deadline. (even on the weekend!) They helped walk me through every step and made sure every t was crossed and i was dotted. They answered my innumerable silly questions with patience and knowledge. The support at Appstle is incredible! It gives me confidence as I launch my store that if anything should come up I know I'll have help right away! I've reached out to the team at Appstle a number of times so far and they're always so helpful. They go above and beyond to help find the fix. Definitely a better choice for a membership app than others available. They also have a free plan for 50 members or less which is a great feature for someone just starting out with a paid membership model.

I tried several different apps in just a few days and none of them were satisfactory. I'm happy I found this app because the steps to set it up are very easy to follow. When I did have a tech issue Jackson from support solved it very quickly in just a few mins!

Got my first product set up smoothly, but could not access the Member Portal. Contacted support through the chat. They couldn't fix immediately so I had to wait on the dev team. Took a few days to connect with the dev team, but once I did the issue was solved in 5 minutes. Great product once it's up and running.

This management system may seem complicated or overwhelming after install. But this team will guide you every step of the way, and I promise, every single setting you need to manage, scale and experiment with your business is available through Appstle. Super powerful tool, Highly recommend!

This is a great membership option for shopify sites! It offers everything we were looking for. We had a previous membership app installed and it stopped working when we switched to a new theme, but luckily we were able to switch to this app and we have all the functionality we were looking for. Support is responsive and has helped me refine my members only content.

I was struggling with customizing the membership widget and the support was speedy quick to help support! I would suggest making customizing easier but the support was phenomenal, I would recommend this app.

So far this app has been very convenient. I have been messing with it for 4 or 5 days now and haven't had any complaints. Any issues with them integration or otherwise has been handled quickly by the team so A+ customer service regardless of anything else! Special shoutout to the team member that realized quickly that I am super busy because he just video'd himself doing the thing i needed help with so I could watch it when I slowed down!

I can not say enough good things about the support team for this app. We ran into some challenges of functionalities that we were trying to implement - they provided solutions and for the things we couldn't get done they are looking into it to get added. They were patient and responsive. Highly recommend. The app has great functionalities and will work well for our online fitness membership platform.
