Avada AI SEO Image Optimizer

Really happy on the prompt reply from their support. Their team member Viola help me resolve the issues we had on our store within the hour and I really appreciate it as someone who wants things done immediately. It bumped up our SEO score instantly and really helped me understand how the whole thing works so thank you. Big thanks to Christian for the prompt reply as well.

Excellent Support & Great Optimisation Features

I’ve had a really smooth experience with the Avada SEO app and their support team. The customer service is exceptional—quick responses, clear communication, and they go above and beyond to help. Christian, Viola and others, were both extremely helpful and patient, guiding me through every step and answering all my questions in detail.

Their team is now helping us with manual speed optimisation, and I appreciate how transparent they are about the process. They also provided helpful insights on fixing favicon issues, H1 tags, and overall site performance. The support alone makes this app worth it.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve SEO and store performance!

Fantastic Support.. I am not very technically advanced and Brian helped with all the things that needed improving on our store! we have now doubled our score . Thank you!

Avada SEO has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store it’s intuitive, reliable, and delivers strong results across all areas of optimisation. From improving our product meta data and alt text to boosting overall visibility, it’s been a smooth and effective experience from start to finish its rare to see a company wanting you to be successful but this is one of those rare moments!

What truly stands out is the level of support we’ve received from Tobias. He’s been absolutely outstanding professional, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping us get the best results possible. Every question was answered clearly, every issue resolved quickly, and his willingness to go above and beyond hasn’t gone unnoticed.

We’re incredibly thankful for his one on one guidance and consistent follow up. Tobias represents everything great about Avada excellent service, real expertise, and genuine care for users. Because of him, this app easily deserves five stars.

As an SEO novice with very little experience, I am testing the app for a week to see how it works. So far, I'm very impressed with the UI and ease of use, not to mention Pamela's hands-on help with several updates already.

I am in need of a partner with a dedicated service team of humans that can help guide me on my SEO journey - I may have found my perfect partner. :) Definitely give AVADA SEO a shot!!

I’ve been using this app on my brand, and it’s really helpful. It makes it easy to optimize. The interface is user-friendly, and it quickly shows SEO errors so I can fix them fast.
Great Job!!

Couldn’t be happier with this app! We were running into serious storage issues with thousands of unoptimized images. One click and a few hours later, we had 80%+ size reduction.
Special thanks to Tobias for the amazing support

App continuously redirected links that weren't broken. No warning, no reason, just redirecting links without permission or notification. This effected product visibility and SEO tremendously. Any SEO changes that were applied to metadata or descriptions were never reflected to search engines. Quite literally the worst SEO tool I've ever used. Not sure how it has so many positive reviews.
