Merchants describe this as an easy, beginner‑friendly SEO and speed optimization tool with clear audits showing what to fix. Many report better rankings, click‑throughs, and faster load times from features like auto meta/ALT text, schema, image compression, lazy loading, and bulk optimization. The 404/redirect and structured data tools reduce manual work, and support is frequently praised as fast, patient, and very hands‑on, even on free plans.

I’ve been using the Avada SEO app and I’m really impressed with how powerful yet easy it is to use. The features are well thought out, from meta optimization to schema and performance insights, and everything works smoothly together. It has made managing SEO feel simple and effective.
A big thanks to Christian from the support team. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find this level of genuine customer care.
Overall, Avada SEO is an excellent app backed by an amazing support team. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend it.
Excellent app, even better support!
The Avada SEO Suite app is really helpful and easy to use, helping me optimize my website effectively. I was especially impressed with the customer support. Vu (Ricky) assisted me with great enthusiasm and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I will definitely recommend it to everyone!
I've had an issue with JS deferral not working in the app. I reached out and was very promptly assisted by Juliana; very friendly and helpful. She then referred my query to the technical team, and Viola resolved my query in no time. The app is working working great now. I find the SEO tool very helpful. I was also able to increase my website speed with just a few clicks. Thanks, Avada team!

App has been SO helpful for improving SEO on my site and am already seeing increased sales because of it. Then add in that the customer support has been TOP NOTCH whenever I've had an issue. Highly recommend the app!
Avada is the best seo suite on shopify app store. The AI assistant feature. The image and page optimization features are extremely helpful in improving customer experience and the reach of the business. And their support rep Pamela was amazing at helping me setup the whole thing. Kudos to team avada and especially Pamela.
Anyone interested in using this app should be aware that work you do with a pro subscription will be reverted upon cancelling. This was not conveyed until I went to cancel the subscription. I'd be fine paying for this service intermittently but hiding that information behind the cancellation button feels like an intentional method to keep you dependent on a $34.99 monthly fee. I'd recommend sticking with the free features or finding an alternative service. Lang was not understanding and suggested I read the fine print so I'd suggest reading the fine print before you sign up.
Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the confusion and frustration this experience caused.
To clarify, when canceling or downgrading from the Pro plan, all paid features will be disabled. However, the work already saved or synced to your Shopify store - including optimized images (file size, alt text), SEO titles and descriptions edited via SEO Audit, and 301 redirects created in Broken Link Manager - will remain intact and will not be reverted, so you won’t need to spend extra time setting them up again in Shopify.
Only settings that exist exclusively within the app will be reverted after cancellation.
We sincerely apologize that our earlier response from Lang didn’t reflect this accurately. There was absolutely no intention to hide information or make things unclear. We completely understand your point that this should have been clearly communicated at the time of subscription, and we’re actively improving our in-app messaging to make that transparency available from the start.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us improve both our product and the way we support our users.
Best regards,
Esther

Avada SEO Suite has helped our store a lot. Saved a lot of time for us. One Click image optimisation, easy ALT text additional to images. Easy to use app. I have to mention Penelope has been very helpful, addressed all our concerns and help understand how to use the app.
Thank you Avada!
