Impressed by the 4.9 rating, I installed this app on the 5th and allowed theme customization to enhance speed. Suddenly, conversions dropped, but our developer fixed it on the 7th. The next day, all our listings vanished. Reporting to Avada revealed their theme customization was causing errors with our filter app, which Avada then rectified. The website's speed improved by 0.5 seconds, yet errors persisted, leading to significant revenue loss.
The support agents were responsive but consistently denied any issues caused by their app. Meta could not retrieve URL parameters, resulting in a dead ad performance.
After uninstalling Avada, the problems ceased. I advise caution or avoidance when considering installation.

This app has helped me to speed up my store and address other SEO issues that would have been painstaking to do on my own. It's a good app, but please be careful. If you uninstall the app, whether by mistake or intentionally, you will lose your subscription and payment. They will not restore your subscription after reinstalling, and all settings will revert to default. I uninstalled it by mistake and lost both my subscription and the money I paid. The support team informed me that I need to purchase the subscription again. This feels unfair after the sale. However, the app itself works very well; I have no complaints about its performance.

First, regarding the subscription, when you uninstalled the app, the subscription was automatically cancelled according to Shopify’s standard behavior. As a result, reinstalling the app did not restore the previous subscription automatically.

Avada app has been very comprehensive and helpful in identifying areas to improve our website. the support from people like Penelope and others has been very quick and responsive. It has been good to have support prompts identifying areas to look at like speed issues. I will keep working through the proposed changes and hope to see improvements in speed and SEO scores, so far all good.

Great app overall, SEO audits provide a friendly score which assists in selecting which pages/elements of pages need to be optimised. We have had many support sessions over the past few weeks whilst making changes to our store and the customer support has been excellent. Wait times have always been minimal and the issue/question has been sorted every time. Our most recent issue regarding .jpg to .webp conversion was sorted within 20 minutes by Ricky on live chat.
