We are using several BSS commerce solution for our wholesale B2B business and are extremely happy with the customer support we received from Joy Nguyen, Nguyen Tien Hau, and Le Trung Dong. From minor HTML bugs to custom feature integration, the customer support was very responsive, kind, and able to resolve issues very quickly at all times. We will certainly continue using the solution and can only recommend it! It is generally very intuitive to use and the customer support for requests that go beyond intuitiveness is outstanding!

We were on the lookout for a B2B solution and after extensive market research, we found BSS. It has proven to be an excellent solution that aligns perfectly with our needs " I M GLAD" . We’re genuinely pleased that we found BSS—not only because of its robust features but also due to the outstanding technical support and customer service.
Though no system is without its challenges, Emma and her technical team have been fantastic in addressing any issues we've encountered. The level of support they provide is truly impressive, with most problems being resolved the same day. Emma, in particular, has been a pleasure to work with. She has a remarkable ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and always goes the extra mile to ensure we are supported and that is the key part of the occasion here.

The B2B Portal, Quote, Net 30 by BSS is a great addition to the B2B Wholesale App. It provides a dashboard to organize Quick Orders, Re-Orders, Customer Accounts and more. It is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. The team headed by Jonas and Jolie did an amazing job. I thank them for their professionalism, and their great attitude. Regardless of being half way around the world, it seemed as if they were next door. Congratulations to Jonas and Jolie, who did an amazing job of caring and following up on details, and to the BSS team who worked tirelessly and quickly to entertain all my customization. Thank you guys, you all did an outstanding job! Well Done!

Joy Nguyen, Nguyen Tien Hau and Trinh Viet Anh were all fantastic with the extra functionality we needed to be added to this already excellent app.
The communication with the team was clear, and fast and helped us to achieve what we needed. We needed to get the number of default addresses for each account increased from 100 as a lot of our B2B customers can have up to 500 unique shipping addresses.
