BSS B2B Request a Quote (RFQ)

Helpful service in fixing a minor formatting issue on the B2B portal page. I sent them a screenshot, they fixed it right away. Overall I like the B2B portal app and especially the B2B Wholesale solution app. Works very well for our needs.

BSS team has been great with supporting their app. We had a configuration change that was causing odd behavior, and Phoebe helped us get it solved, then stayed on with me while we adjusted a few things to make our customer experience even better. A+ 5 stars for BSS support team!

We’ve had a really good experience using the BSS B2B Quote app. The customer tagging feature has been super helpful for organizing different types of accounts and making sure each one sees the right pricing. The quote approval process has also been great,it helps us keep things consistent and double-check everything before sending it out to clients.
