We’ve been working with this app for months and we’re very happy with it. We apply discounts to specific customers, it helps us manage maximum purchase quantities, and it lets us control quantity increments when selling certain products. Overall, it’s a very complete app. We had an issue and the support team — especially Lux — solved everything without any problem. We definitely recommend it. Thank you.
Tom was a wonderful support person. He had to research several things and each time he was reliable about getting back to me. Tom is also very patient. He took the time to show me how to fix the issue and to explain carefully.
Lena was amazing, she guided me seamlessly through the entire setup and was amazing with her feedback of all my technical questions.
Excellent customer service! I love the chat. The support team is very responsive and prompt with communication. In most cases problems are solved within minutes. Sometimes there is a programming issue that may take longer, but I have been kept in the loop the whole time. I'm very happy with this app and highly recommend it. It makes my store more organized and allows me to manage wholesale business easily while still serving retail clients.
