Long story short, I tried a different app before finding this one to handle my wholesale order needs. There were some issues due to the previous app that was creating problems for the B2B app to function properly. I asked for help and the team immediately jumped in to help get me up and running. They kept me informed the entire time and were so friendly and helpful. They also helped me get a few of my functions working properly to streamline my operation. To make this even better, the previous app would not help me and this team took charge and got everything corrected. So far, I am very impressed with this developer and their prompt customer service! I would give it 10 stars but I can only choose 5!

5555555555555555555555555555555555-Hannah is outstanding. even though its taking awhile to get all set up, i am kept n the loop then entire time for every step. The reviews were not wrong you have the best customer service ive encountered hand down compared to everything, even shopify. I asked for assistance on setting up my business registration form, but was advised it was outside there business hours. When I checked the next morning, the form was set up and integrated on the page and button I wanted it on. AMAZING. The follow-thru is hands down the best i've encountered since starting my business.

Excellent support and a great B2B solution for Shopify!
We experienced an issue where our B2B Price Lists stopped applying after republishing our theme. The support team responded quickly, created an internal ticket, and kept us informed throughout the investigation.
The developers were able to identify the root cause, implement a compatible fix for our theme, and restore the B2B pricing functionality without affecting our existing setup. After testing on our end, everything is working perfectly again.
We truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and dedication of the support and development teams. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that needs reliable wholesale and B2B features.
This app is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a b2b app. You can give unlimited specific pricing to collections and to specific people. I had issues with it working with another discount app I had installed, and Ines helped me immediately and fixed the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We had a fairly specific requirement for handling EU VAT validation on our Shopify store, and Ines went above and beyond to help us achieve exactly the workflow we wanted.
She was patient, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. When the initial setup wasn't fully compatible with our theme, she involved the development team, coordinated the investigation, and made sure the issue was resolved.
Thanks to her support, we now have a seamless setup where all customers can enter a VAT ID, valid VAT numbers are automatically validated, and VAT is only removed when the validation is successful—exactly as we needed.
