B2B Customer Portal and B2B Wholesale solutions is a great app to look into if you want to set up special discounts and offer payment terms to wholesale clients. It is a useful extension that is a lot less costly than the official Shopify Pro app for those who want to build and grow their small business at a more affordable rate. While I came into some minor bugs and some confusion while using the app, the customer support exec, Jolie Nguyen, and developer, Mai Van Quy, were quick to assist me with all issues. Mai Van Quy would work on the back-end fixing all the technical issues while Jolie Nguyen would work directly with me and on the front-end to update me with all the processes. Overall it is a great experience - I would recommend these 2 apps to anyone who is looking for an extension that would help with growing their business.

After doing extensive research for a B2B wholesale solution for our Shopify store, I landed with this company. I am thrilled with the service that we received while on the trial, it was one of the many deciding factors to move forward with the app. I reached out for assistance with the customization of the registration form to match our theme. Emma C. was prompt to assist with our inquiry, and along with her technician Nguyen Tien Hau, they were able to execute the request timely and exactly to the specifications mentioned. She also provided images of both mobile and desktop to make sure the edits were correct, before closing the ticket! Visually it is everything I wanted. The app is really easy to use, and there is a lot of supporting documentation. I hope that if I need any additional support in the future I get to work with Emma again!

I have found this app really easy to use and a great solution compared to the Shopify upgrade.

We have used the wholesale registration form which is really helpful as we are a business who sells B2B and B2C so required the 2 different sections. We are also able to manually approve wholesale users which is what we prefer.

We have used the Custom Pricing rules to upload our different pricing tiers for different users which has been a great solution for our requirements.

Every time I have needed assistance the technical team have assisted me quickly and followed up to ensure I have been able to set everything up as required. Thank you to the technical team (Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Van Huan) who have all worked really hard in providing me very fast support, and Jonas who has been contacting me promptly via email to assist me.

I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. I have this store and I have installed this app for my store to improve product display and boost sales. This program does exactly what it claims to do. I want to use the feature to generate registration forms for b2b clients. We have a problem with the form setting and rendering. And I have setting the auto tag and have some trouble with it. So I contacted the support team and June Nguyen assisted me properly. She and the tech guy Cuong Nguyen Quoc were able to handle the problem quickly and efficiently; difficulties were resolved within 24 hours of being reported. The app is now working perfectly on our website and we are very happy with it. Creating your own pricing plans is easy and they look professional. Support was also very helpful and they fixed any issues quickly. I appreciate their support. In summary, I am very happy wit the app and with the support. Highly recommend you guys.

BSS has been very helpful getting me up and running with my site’s backend features. I was skeptical at first that they would be able to handle my requests and questions but Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen have come to my rescue numerous times.

My business needs certain UI/UX requirements to help our customers navigate our site. Things like Net Terms and quick ordering have to be integrated in our site because we only sell to wholesale customers. These guys have been spot on answering all of my questions and helping me get my site up and running.

We are using two B2B apps from BSS team and they have been very helpful for our website and business.
The apps do have various features and can be easily activated via the App Dashboard such as special prices for wholesale customers, manual orders, login to see prices and etc. We have been discussing with the team via Whatsapp and Jonas (the support agent) has been very responsive in the meantime. Recently, we faced issues with login to see prices function & with setup custom pricing and Nguyen Dinh Khanh (the technical guy) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. Our theme is a tricky one but they have successfully helped us to deal with it. Very responsive support manner! In addition, BSS Pricing Plan for these applications is quite reasonable and they also come with a 14-day free trial and free assistance. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Solution apps. I recently added the app to my store and needed assistance getting it to work properly. Many thanks to Emma C and Hoang Van Luan, the tech. I submitted a support ticket, and I received an immediate response!

They both made certain that all of the features required for my website were installed and functioning properly. I created a Price List per Customer, and Emma was a huge help with the initial setup. The tech guy assisted in the installation of custom prices on all pages, including a Wishlist page rendered by a third-party app. This is useful if you have products that are only available to certain customers, such as wholesale versus regular.

Many additional features, such as the shipping rate, I intend to use in the future. I can exclude clients with business courier accounts from shipping fees so that I can charge the appropriate amount to customers with business courier accounts. Overall, both the app and the assistance I received from Emma and Hoang Van Luan were excellent. I'm not sure where I'd be if it weren't for them! Excellent overall experience.

We have used these two apps to set up our website into a website for my groups of customers, as well as a group-protected B2B Wholesale page where my wholesale clients can create personalized accounts (students, patients, and practitioners) and purchase at the wholesale prices they are accustomed too! - The process was very simple as the help and assistance is impeccable, in my case, June Nguyen was very attentive and exceeded my expectations on all fronts when requesting if certain things could be done on the website and she had them created and running as quickly as she can. She has been followed me and my store for about 2 months before we live the store. And I must say the tech team - Hai Pham Dinh, Cuong Nguyen Quoc, Luan Hoang Van, and Cuong Cao Xuan have done an amazing job when they make some changes to the code in my theme so the store and the app can run perfectly with each other. Great team with great support! I have some issue with the form and they resolve it well. Joy Nguyen is the one who assists me with friendly attitude and good guidance. if any remains unclear, she will ask to clarify again. I would love with this support and keep working you guys. Then the dev expert Nguyen Tien Hau is amazing! The dev first solves one issue with VAT field that is in the code of the theme, though not the responsiblity of the app. Then they help me to restyle the form which is great. Then I want to set spme required fields for the form, they did a great job. The only issue remains with the form is we need the Last Name as required, and they are working on it. Not sure whether they can customize it but we really appreciate their patience and support. It seems like the support agent and the dev team work in harmony and effectively so much. You guys should keep on working as the current and your support service is what makes us feel happy. The app is also good with many modules to explore for wholesale customers. We are happy now and will come back if needing further assistance
