BackupMaster includes a 7-day free trial. Since the app remained installed after the trial ended, Shopify automatically started the paid subscription and applied the charge.

Once you contacted us, we issued a full refund, which was confirmed by Shopify. Depending on the bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on the statement.
