BR ‑ Better Reports

I was looking for a report to give our business insight into our fulfillment performance and Better Reports' support team built out 3 custom reports for me in less than 12 hours. It gave me exactly the information I was looking for and couldn't have been easier.

Worked with Clement at Better Reports to make some custom reports to help with various use cases we were looking to optimize. Clement was incredibly quick to help and very professional -- we look forward to continuing to use Better Reports and would recommend it to anyone.

This app was the missing piece to our Shopify POS. With full customization of reports, plus a fabulously responsive development team, we are able to get a full swatch of sales, inventory, and financial reports to help us accurately assess our business needs day-to-day and when doing long-term planning. Shopify reports just don't cut it in comparison - worth every penny!

this app really useful because I need to manually decrease the item on my excel. and this app can give me the report everyday on what item that we fulfill that day (we use it everyday). Still haven't learned the app fully, that will be great if they can give recommendation for business owner. Because the price quite high... (better if the price discount 50% more on advanced shopify ^_^)

We are using Better Reports for Weekly Reporting and it's been really easy to set up, thanks to the Better Reports' Customer Service team! Specifically, we are using Better Reports for a detailed view of our customer payouts, which has helped us a lot for our Accounting related tasks. All of our questions/demands/needs are always answered very rapidly by the Better Reports team! Sometimes even within the hour. :)

I was able to extract the data I need for my overall P+L report in one simple report. Navigating through multiple reports and screen in shopify in time consuming, plus certain information is not available without upgrading to the next account up which is not a cost effective solution for what is effectively just allowing access to your own data. Better reports were able to extract key information and populate the report. The customer service (Claudia) is brilliant, seh actually created the report for me on the back of my enquiry and got the brief exactly right first time. I rarely leave reviews as I often test apps but find they aren't suitable or cost effective, however I am impressed with both product and customer service with his provider.

Highly recommend you download this app for data exports of any kind because even if the report you want is not a template (even though they have 1000+ to choose from), it can be in 5 minutes from you asking! And the customer support (Keanna is who helped us) is amazing!!!!!! I was in a hurry to switch our data applications because the other one just wasn't cutting it or giving us what we needed (which you think would be a simple report), but they couldn't do it, and after 2 weeks of agonizing, I finally decided to search for another app that could save me tons of time. Better Reports made the report we wanted within 5 minutes of downloading the app and emailing them. FINALLY, I can just export what I need and use it. Thank you so much, Keanna and the team. We couldn't live without this app. We have it installed in three Shopify accounts. It can pull almost any piece of info you could ever need from your Shopify data and you can manipulate in so many different ways to make it work exactly how you need. We setup automated reports that are emailed daily, weekly, and monthly. Any time we have run into trouble pulling a particular data set, the customer service team has been super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Incredibly helpful app to get the right information out of Shopify when the native reports just don't cut it. Their customer service is also fantastic.

So far so good, tough to find the data already in Shopify from Shopify so this app bridges the gap well.
