I am so impressed with Mae. She answered all of may questions in detail and was so professional and friendly! She absolutely made me even more excited about publishing all the products to my store. I was having some technical issues and almost lost it, until I contacted support through the help chat icon and Mae that awesome support specialist popped up and straightened everything out, it was smooth as butter. Blanka has made it very easy for me ( as a novice) to understand and upload images to my Shopify store. They also have excellent customer service! I appreciate their professionalism! My experience with Blanka and their customer service has been top notch!

Great customer service. However, it would be better if the responses were more quickly rather than a few minutes in-between. It would be helpful.

John and Breck are amazing. I am so thrilled with working with them, they are not only over the top helpful, but they got my design perfect on the products, were able to help me streamline the process and they are an absolute pleasure.
