Michael, one of the co-owners of Blend is very professional, with good knowledge regarding Google and Facebook platforms. We didn't had a good exit with Blend mostly because of the geographic limitation of our business. I recommend testing and using the platform, the cost is very low compared with other alternatives in Shopify, and also, the capabilities of the APP are very high! My rate of 4 out of 5 is just my overall experience.
Blend and the team behind it are a fair few notches above outstanding. They will go over and above to help which is not only amazing, it's almost extinct when the norm of these times are faceless and voiceless support.
It's especially great for small business, it's really so simple to use and you can get a campaign up in minutes.

Such a lovely company to work with... Explain everything really well and go over everything in great detail and point out the areas that need improving. They create a very caring relationship towards your business. Very happy with our ROAS over the past month and look forward to a growing relationship in the future with our ads campaign. I have been using blend for almost a year now. They are a very skilled, workable, and friendly team. I can pick up my phone and call my ads manager anytime and he is always there to assist and clarify. They make good suggestions and follow the old school way of your business is my business and your growth is our growth kind of way.
The return on ad spend is way to low to justify the exorbitant monthly commission rate of 10%. The app and its team deliver very little value over a free product feed app . Customer service was good in the beginning but quickly fades into the distance after the first month or so.

Regarding the ROAS and the fee, we understand your concerns, however, it's important to note that we were able to achieve over 10x ROAS for your account, which is a relatively high result given the circumstances. The suspension of your Facebook Ad Account due to policy violations was beyond our control, and it may have impacted the overall performance.

Flakey and won't install - Throws security errors from your Google Adwords account. Contacted the developer a fews days ago - not response. Shopify really should do a better job of vetting these apps. Very suspicious and clearly not ready to launch this app - beware!

Dealing with the blend team for a few months. Very friendly and skilled team with regular follow-up with the sales figures and suggestions to improve it. Will definitely recommend this.
