The Support Team is Very Quick and Efficient

Finally found what I needed in BLOY after trying so many others. It's straightforward, easy to use, looks beautiful, and is SUPER simple for my customers. So relieved to have finally found a solution! Thank you team :)

Good App , Has all the features required but if it the points would apply directly on checkout it would be great feature to have :)

It has many features but lacks layout customization, which can be inconvenient when designing website layouts.

We launched this loyalty rewards program at one of our big events for the year, and it was a hit. We created a QR code that led customers to our landing page on the website, creating a touchpoint for retargeting advertisements and allowing us to collect data on the types of customers who like our product. I am excited to see what happens as the program develops and we begin to see more customers reach the VIP tiers we set up in the application. The staff for this application are quick to answer and always ready to help. I recommend this application for businesses that want to set up a turnkey, fully customizable loyalty program and need to increase customer engagement quickly. Nous testons Bloy Loyalty depuis quelques mois et nous sommes très satisfaits de l'application. Nous avons commencé par l'utiliser sur Shopify POS avec une base clientes assez exigeante puis nous l'avons déployée en ligne.
La prise en main est hyper facile et le support est vraiment incroyable. Emma répond très rapidement ce qui est un vrai plus.
Pour une app gratuite c'est juste incroyable.

We’ve been using BLOY Loyalty Rewards on our Shopify store and it has been pretty easy to get started with. The setup didn’t take long, and most of the settings were clear enough without needing too much help. I like that we can create a simple points system for customers and adjust the rewards based on what works for our store. The design also fits well on the site and doesn’t feel too heavy or distracting. So far it has been running smoothly, and it’s a nice tool for encouraging customers to come back and shop again.
