Amazing loyalty app with outstanding support! Chloe went above and beyond to help us implement a custom feature we requested. She was quick to respond, professional, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for our store.

The app is easy to set up, packed with useful features, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend BLOY Loyalty Rewards to any Shopify store looking to build a loyalty program!

I was a little skeptical at first since this app isn't as well known as others, but after trying it out, it has all the features that are advertised on more well-known apps, it's way more affordable for small businesses like mine, and the customer support is top tier. Even when there are small features that they don't have, they will have their developer implement them for us or add it to their list of customer requests to hopefully develop in the future. I think this app will soon rise to be the industry standard. I'm very happy with this app!

meet our needs, tried the entry level, works good so far!

I haven't used it too much yet, but what I have done has been pretty easy to plug into my shopify store and use. The system is intuitive for what I need them for my store. I also had a call with a person from Bloy and she helped explain what features I could use. It was helpful.

The UI is very easy to use, and I really feel like this app brings together the features that many people have been looking for. Everything is simple, intuitive, and well organized, so it does not take much time to understand how to use it.

One of the things I appreciate the most is that I can customize the text on buttons depending on the language. This is extremely helpful, especially for stores or services that serve customers in different countries. With other apps, I often found that the button text was only available in English, which made it difficult to create a smooth experience for non-English users.

This app solves that problem in a very practical way. Being able to adjust the wording by language gives me much more control over the customer experience and makes the whole store feel more professional and localized. It is a small feature at first glance, but it makes a huge difference in real use.

Overall, this is a very useful and well-designed app. It feels like the developers really understand what users need, and I am happy to have found an app that finally offers this level of flexibility.

Wow! This app is perfect for what we need. From the Branding customization, to the ability to integrate other apps as well, and the feature to "Exclude Customers that I have given a specific tag"... this app is great.
