BLOY Loyalty Points & Rewards

I've been using another app for some time, but to add the additional features like VIP tiers would involve a significant price increase. I looked into BLOY and was impressed with the features available. It is a new app so at the time of writing this review it is free, with a flat fee for early users when paid plans are launched.

There are A LOT of features available including bonus point periods, order boosters (bonus points with x number of orders in a time frame) and more.

Support are responsive and very helpful, the only minor downside is they are in Asian and I'm in the US so the timezone difference is big so sometimes I have to wait until the next day for a response.

I like that it integrates with Klaviyo and I can use that to create loyalty related flows to keep customers engaged and coming back.

BLOY has been easy to set up and integrates well with our Shopify store. The loyalty program is intuitive for both our team and our customers, making it simple to reward repeat purchases and improve customer engagement. The support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever in the live chat located in the application page.

We've been using Bloy Loyalty & Rewards for a while now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best additions to our Shopify store. After comparing several loyalty apps, we decided to give Bloy a try because of its clean interface, flexible features, and positive reviews. It definitely lived up to our expectations.

The installation process was quick and straightforward. Setting up our branding, loyalty page, colors, and rewards program was much easier than we expected, and everything integrated seamlessly with our Shopify theme. The app is very intuitive, so even without extensive technical knowledge, we were able to customize the loyalty experience to match our brand perfectly.

One of the biggest reasons we chose Bloy was to encourage repeat purchases and improve customer retention. Since launching our rewards program, we've noticed that customers are much more engaged. They enjoy earning points for purchases, creating accounts, celebrating birthdays, and interacting with our store. Redeeming rewards is simple and easy to understand, which creates a much better shopping experience and gives customers an extra reason to come back.

They are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help. It's rare to find an app with both great functionality and such outstanding customer service. They even assisted us with some branding customizations to ensure everything looked exactly the way we wanted.

From a business perspective, we've already seen positive results. We've experienced an increase in repeat customers, higher customer engagement, and improved average order value. More importantly, the loyalty program has become an automated part of our customer retention strategy, saving us time while delivering real value to our customers.

Even on the free plan, the app looks polished and professional — perfect for a brand store. The support team is also wonderful; very kind and helpful throughout the process.

While the paid plan offers more advanced features, for a newly launched brand, this app is an excellent choice.

It's great app for loyalty rewards management, with lots of features and customizations. There's something for everyone.
You can set levels / tiers, customize the reward earning methods and redemption methods too. Quite flexible.
UI is quite easy to use with all the help tips mentioned.
Beyond that, the support team is very helpful and guiding. Icing on the cake, this app is free to use with no restrictions on any feature.
A must have for every merchant.
