BLOY is hands down one of the best apps we've installed on our Shopify store. From setup to customization, everything has been incredibly smooth and well-thought-out.
The customer support is brilliant - the team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. The app itself is incredibly well-designed with every feature feeling intuitive and purposeful. Setup was straightforward even for someone not super technical, and there are so many customization parameters to fine-tune the experience and make it truly yours.
The integration with our theme is seamless - no awkward widgets or pop-ups that clash with our brand aesthetic. It's perfect for premium brands with its clean, professional interface that doesn't cheapen your store's look.
The birthday rewards feature is perfect for our "Toutou'versaire" concept, the referral program works beautifully, and the customer account integration feels completely native to Shopify.

I'm really impressed with BLOY so far. The app is intuitive and packed with features for building a loyalty program.
What really stands out is their customer support - incredibly responsive and helpful! They went above and beyond by offering free lifetime access and are actively working on Bulgarian translation (coming in March), which shows they truly care about their users.
The team is clearly dedicated to improving the product based on customer feedback. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid loyalty solution!

EDIT of my 5 star review. They asked me to review it to get their free tier access. However, after a couple months of usage I learn that you cannot apply earned points on checkout unless you pay for shopify plus to have cart extensions. That renders this app completely useless and I feel misled as do my customers. Very unsatisfied.

- Shopify Limitation: The inability to use Checkout Extensions is a technical limitation from Shopify. Currently, Shopify only allows this feature for Shopify Plus stores. You can verify this platform-wide policy with Shopify Support or by checking other 19000+ apps.
- Our Transparency: After auditing your entire chat history, we can confirm that we never asked for a review in exchange for anything, just offered you our free tier as part of our early supporter program with no strings attached.

Bloy Loyalty Points is an excellent app. It functions extremely well and the features are super easy to set up, even without deep technical knowledge.
What really stands out is the support. The dev team responded immediately and helped set up a few parts that required custom coding - fast, clear, and genuinely helpful.
Highly recommended. The app is free at the moment, and the team has confirmed they’ll keep it free if you contact support even if pricing is introduced later. Solid app, solid team, no hesitation recommending it.
