We just migrated our store from WooCommerce to Shopify and BON Loyalty has been one of the smoothest parts of the entire transition. The app itself is incredibly well thought out — earning rules, rewards, point redemption all just work out of the box, and the customization options are exactly what we needed without being overwhelming.
But honestly the biggest standout has been the support. The entire team but specifically, Ame, has been amazing — quick to respond, patient with our questions, and clearly genuinely cares about making sure things work right for our business.
