This application is the answer of saving your time creating nice and fully functional mega menu. The app is very easy to use. The most good thing of this application is they have the best technical support that you can easily approach and ask for help. super approachable and will really help you. After leaving a negative review previously, the app developers reached out to me and were very helpful-- Top notch customer service, as they sent their developer into our code to help resolve the issue! That's above and beyond customer service. As an added note, ensure you check the "disable app" button for the menu prior to uninstalling. This will prevent you from having leftover code like we did.

19,95 for an App not working now, where I need it the most, and a support line you cant chat with or communicate directly with is not a good app.
Until now it has been good, but this is a very bad experience.
*After my review the support line did help me - still I am unsatisfied, that I need to have some background experience when I make changes, cause the APP needs to be handled in a certain way.
We currently use the Mega Menu on our site and we love it! The simple design makes it easy to use, it looks great, and great support! That being said, I REALLY hate that they charge upwards of $20 monthly for their premium plan... JUST to have a pretty website navigation bar......... seems excessive me to me.

This is a great app. Very easy to use. Even their videos that teach you how to use it are super short and just a few of them. I was able to get this menu up and running really quickly and extremely intuitive. When I did have a problem due to a third-party template, I contacted support and they got back to me right away saying they fixed the problem with my template. I can't recommend this app (and the support team) enough!

This is a great app. It helped organize my store to allow customers to quickly see the inventory. I have limited website construction experience, but Buddha Mega Menu has a very intuitive user interface. The instruction videos were helpful also.
I can't speak for the whole app (since I only used the 'tree' option), but the one thing I would have appreciated is having a fourth level for the tree. But it's still great as is.

We have been using the free version of Mega Menu since the near beginning we launched our site. Just recently we noticed the Mega Menu was "fighting" with our theme in a few ways (Kagami by Maestrooo) and we contacted Buddha Apps for help on the install. Buddha Apps Support was able to find solutions that worked for us in a reasonable amount of time and I am completely satisfied with that and your app. Thank you Buddha Apps!
5/5 thanks to amazing customer service. There was an issue one evening that affected the display of my menu (Shopify suddenly changed the way the script tags are inserted into the page and this affected the way the code was loaded) and customer service was able to help me restore my menu within 12 hours. Upon following up with a second question the next day they responded right away to help resolve. Thank you to Roxana and Calin.

This is an excellent app to create eye-catching menu items! Product images can be previewed from the menu, making the user journey more favourable and increases the likelihood of conversion as they can easily see the sub-menu categories laid out beautifully. Customer service is great! We initially had a challenging time replacing the old menu, but the support team fixed the issue and replaced it from their end. Highly recommended!

I have been using Mega Menu for about... 2 years? And i must say, im so pleased... If there is the smallest issue(Which mainly have been caused by my self.. Lol), they are SO fast to help and fix it, so it works.
There are literally 1000's of ways you can setup your menus, so they fit your store JUST the way you want it.
Its just amazing and great! A must have for any larger store with many products and categories.
