Besides all the facts on the 1 star reveiws... I am going to say this.. If you want to install an app for $10 that doesn't have chat support.. Then go ahead and waste your time and moeny then you will def uninstall it.
I'm sorry you feel this way, but we do offer customer support via chat and email and we always reply to our customers requests as soon as possible.
