Cannot fault the customer service, emails were responded to very very quickly and Lucia went the extra mile to make sure the app integrated with our site. The app is also really well made too.
I have used a few different upsell apps over the past three years and this one is BY FAR the best. I mix and match my upsells and this one makes it very easy to do. Definitely would recommend.

This app is amazing, it is very versatile and it provides almost instantly ROI. The support is absolutely TOP CLASS - they go beyond their own app and fix conflicts with other apps, if at all possible.
The upsells are easy to set up. First in Line was a great suggestion that is working well for us. Load time issues have been a problem, but tech support quickly made some changes that I hope will help.
