We had everything up and running in under 30 minutes. What really stands out is the guidance team. Whenever we needed help, they were available within minutes and walked us through everything step by step.
Over the years, we've used six different loyalty programs, many of which offered fewer features while costing significantly more. After more than a decade of struggling with disappointing loyalty solutions, we can confidently say that Casa Loyalty has exceeded all my expectations. Without a doubt, it's the best loyalty platform we've used, and they have our full support.
Easy to use I didn't feel stressed trying it just click and point simple no extra stuff to do one thing very polished as well.
