We gebruiken deze app al een tijdje, zelfs voor onze overstap naar Shopify, en zijn erg tevreden. De bot is makkelijk te trainen en helpt onze klanten goed, vooral met de Shopify integratie.

Enige nadeel vind ik dat 20mb limiet voor trainingsdata wel erg klein is voor de bot. Je komt er al snel tegenaan, zelfs met een klein assortiment.
