Shopify has an outstanding and extensive API, yet they have no such API access for Collabs. It's the main drawback. I hope in their summer of code this year they decide to focus on this.
Everything works and it's so simple to use. The only suggestion is we as brands can visualize how creators see on their side. Sometimes they mention it's hard to access and keep track on their commissions.
So far I am really enjoying the ease of use of this app. It makes it very easy for Content creators to partner with me and earn a commission.
I would give this app five stars but I have two requests. I would like to be able to edit the gifts being provided to the collaborators to accommodate for discontinued products and/or new products.
Also recently, whenever possible, I have been sending the invitation through collabs as well as through their email address whenever it is provided. I have had more of a success rate with people replying or accepting my offer to the emails I send rather than to the collab invite. One collaborator told me that she did not receive a notification of my collab invite but she did receive my email that I sent directly to her. So I'm not sure if there is a delivery issue there?
Otherwise, I really love this app!
suggestion:
improve more detail setup like:
1. Tier system - over certain amount, unlock higher comm tier
2. Exception setting for particular item : fix commission regardless tier
3. Make the comm rule clearer: how system execulete between: Any product / Selected collection / select product
4. Add "exclude product" from selected collection
thanks !
It would be nice if when you're going to invite users, that it would return to the page that you were on vs. forcing you to re-enter your search criteria and scroll back to the page you were on,
The creator engagement is low. I would also like better filters to sort my lists. When I collect creators, there is no easy way to sort the invited and not-yet-invited accounts within that list. This means that I need to go through manually for every step. It would also benefit brands to see if creators have even seen our invitations.
We suggest adding filter criteria for the number of followers an influencer has and their primary product categories
the collaborators just steal your products. No one ever replies. I can do it quicker manually looking than using this garbage app.
It finds top creators to promote your products
Collabs affiliate links produce a 404 error.
