Excellent support. Answered my email in a few hours and fixed a small glitch within another hour. Only started using the app this week, but is going to work really nice for my personalized engraving business.
This app has been fantastic in creating custom options for texts and "upgrade" options to products, that I would not have been able to do otherwise. Customers support has been topnotch and very knowledgable.
I've used this app for a couple of years now and it has been really amazing. I've had one or two issues a long the way but the team had it fixed within 12 hours of emailing them. Great app and great service.
The app is exactly what we needed and is easy to configure and set up. We had a couple of questions and the support was great. They offered to help set things up for us and solved another small issue we had.
Amazing !!! Coding is super foreign to me so having the option to have them install the code was amazing. Their customer service is awesome and really quick... not to mention this app is a must for my business
Really great app! No problems at all and the interface was really simple and easy to understand. Customer support was also amazing; super helpful and quick to respond to my concerns. I recommend this app 100%!
Best options to support the website and Great Customer Support..
Annette, Logan and team where great in assisting the option details and fixing the options to the need. Thank you lots ;) Greatly Recommended!..
I now have this great app installed on both my shops and I have to say I am very impressed with team behind this app.
I would highly recommend Infinite Options to anyone who needs this type of app.
Thanks Guys.
The app works and it is very useful. I am impressed with the app, but I am more impressed with the support. They solved several problems quickly and cheerfully. It's better than wasting money on a page builder.
I tried a different customizer and had to redo it with this one. Amazing tool and even more amazing staff. It's 12:58am and they still answered their inbox with an actual person! Thank you, Emily!
