We are using this app for the last several months. All our customer support is now in one place after using it and we are also able to automate the customer flows on Whatsapp through delight chat only.

I use the app for sending out automated mags for confirming order and shipping information etc and also for promotional messages. One problem is that sometimes it does not give the correct information to the customer regarding the order. Otherwise this app has helped me a lot in promoting my business and increasing the sales. Thanks!
This app is fantastic and the team is very committed to ensuring every store owner has a pleasurable experience. I am talking about requesting a feature at 9am this morning (Which most apps/companies say we will add it to our list and never do it) Not DelightChat! We use delight chat for our customer support. The whatsapp chat on the website is very smooth and helps us connect with our customers effectively. We even use DelightChat for our social media replies. I love the team tagging feature that they have, it allows us to tag the chat to the right person without inconvenience to the customer. Would highly recommend this app.

Been using DC for a couple of months now. It's really helped me streamline all outward WhatsApp related communication - be it order updates, or cart recovery reach outs!. Highly recommend for any business looking to get an automated WhatsApp CRM tool. It does have a bit of a learning curve. but once you get past that, it's a great app to have in your Shopify arsenal.

Been using this app for over a month now, really like the fact that everything is in one window. from Order information (majorly for WISMO queries) to product links/images (for conversational commerce), its reduced our reply time and effort significantly. With Instagram DM's integration done last month, its really become a one place solution to engage and help our customers.
Out team at Theater has been using Delightchat for the past three months and our experience is nothing less than perfect. Delightchat offers us all the features we were looking for. However, the absolute best thing is that the team is extremely proactive and agile. Literally demonstrating what an ideal customer service looks like. This is honestly the best CRM tool available out there!
