Merchants say this app is easy to set up and use for selling digital products, with smooth file uploads, product linking, and instant delivery after checkout. It supports many formats and complex multi‑file bundles, making it essential for digital‑first businesses and those moving from Etsy. Features like download limits, multiple assets per product, and resending updates save time, and merchants find the customer download experience straightforward.

It just works well :)
The only thing that can make it 5 stars for me, is if we have the ability to edit the email that resends an updated copy of the digital product to everyone.
We mostly have digital patterns on our Victoria Sampler cross stitch site, and have used Digital Downloads Shopify App for years. We have never had any problem. It works well all the time, for all our customers.
super simple and easy.
Loved this app game changer
Easy to use and to install...
Digital Downloads has been smooth and reliable. Uploading files is easy, orders deliver instantly, and customers get exactly what they need without any issues.
easy
Overall, very easy to use. It's been a welcome addition to my store.
I sell digital artwork and this very convenient app is my primary workhorse. It is easy to use and robust. Sometimes I wish to bundle different resolutions of the same artwork under a single product, since the high-resolution png files are large, It would be great if separate links could be provided to multiple files as variants under a single product.
