We worked with ConstaCloud to integrate our Shopify store with Galaxus and had the opportunity to be the beta customer for this integration.
From the very beginning, the ConstaCloud team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and commitment. As this was a new integration, we naturally encountered some issues along the way, but their team followed every single one through until everything was resolved and the integration was running smoothly and reliably.
What impressed us most was their willingness to listen to our real business needs. They were very open to feedback, added new functionalities and adapted the solution whenever necessary to make it work in a real operational environment.
Their support throughout the entire project was outstanding: responsive, reliable and consistent. There were no unexplained delays or periods of silence. They stayed involved from the initial implementation and testing all the way through to production, and continued to proactively follow up with us even after the integration went live.
