The app advertises that it connects Mercari to shopify store and it does not. This integration is difficult to find so I was ecstatic when I found it. I could not find Mercari in their list of available sales channels to connect. I then contacted support and was told that the integration was in beta testing and was asked if I would like to test it. So I did. After giving them access to both my shopify store and mercari account I was told it would take a couple days for them to set up and they would keep me updated. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I sent a message asking for an update (i'm not real fond of giving access to my accounts in the first place). I was told the integration was still being developed and would not be available for a while. I do not agree with asking for access to my accounts if you know you don't have a finished product. This is not a good business practice. I will not be using them for any integration and would recommend that others consider other options as well

We would like to clarify that the Mercari integration was not advertised without any existing work behind it. We previously had a working Mercari integration, but due to recent changes in Mercari’s policies/API, the existing connection stopped functioning as expected. Our team was actively working with Mercari to find a solution and restore the integration.
When you contacted us, we believed the required updates could be completed and offered beta access to validate the updated connection. Unfortunately, due to dependencies and delays outside our control, we were unable to complete the update within the expected timeframe.
We also understand your concern about providing account access. Access was requested only for integration testing and troubleshooting purposes, never with any other intention. However, we agree that we should have communicated the status and delays more proactively instead of leaving you waiting for an update.
We appreciate your feedback and will use this experience to improve how we communicate beta availability and integration timelines going forward.
This program has been a life... and time saver! trying to juggle sales in store, on our website and discogs was a bit of a nightmare.. thanks to these guys everything runs a lot smoother. Shekh is very responsive, helping out whenever we've needed him. Thank you!

Ik ben erg tevreden over deze app. De synchronisatie met Shopify werkt snel en betrouwbaar en bespaart mij veel handmatig werk. De app is overzichtelijk en bij vragen krijg ik snel en vriendelijk hulp. Ook de begeleiding bij het instellen was duidelijk en persoonlijk. Zeker een aanrader voor andere Shopify-webwinkels.

Awesome platform to allow you to sell on Shopify, Ebay, Amazon etc from your Discogs shop and keep track of all inventory in one place. Have been using Disconnect for two years and it keeps getting better. Saves heaps of time and stress. With the Shopify-integrated shipping app we use all the shipping details for all those platforms and tracking details etc are updated on each platform automatically. Support is generally real-time and if not it’s the next day or sooner. Shekh Abdul and his team are easy to work with and very responsive to any minor issues that have arisen due mainly to Discogs API problems. Thoroughly recommended for anyone wanting to sell on multiple platforms.
